Like any parent, I want the best for my children and by taking the role and being involved in the vision and strategic direction of the school and nursery, I feel I can contribute to this. I have 20 years experience of working in a corporate environment with the latter 6 years working as a senior leader for Shop Direct Group. I lead a team of 30 people and alongside them work with other departments to set the strategic direction in line with the overall company strategy.
