Admissions Consultation 2017-18

The Cheshire Academies Trust Board of Trustees have agreed their proposed Admissions Policy for the academic year 2017-2018 and are seeking the views of all our stakeholders. Our consultation period will run from Monday 14 December 2015 – Sunday 24 January 2016. If you would like to comment on the policy please email lucijones@cheshireacademiestrust.co.uk

The Board will consider all submissions before confirming the final Admissions Policy for 2017-2018.

In year Admissions

Parents who require In Year places should contact the school in the first instance and the process of application will be explained to them. The school is responsible for all In Year applications and places are determined using the criteria contained within our Admissions policy. Any subsequent appeal is determined by our Appeal Guidelines which adheres to the DFE published schools appeals code. Further guidance on appeals can be found via the DFE link.

Starting School

Parents of children starting school and looking for a Reception place should refer to starting school booklet issued by Cheshire West and Chester Council or visit the Councils website via the following link. Please also take time to read our admissions policy.

Parents who do not receive a place for Reception class starting September 2018 and wish to appeal must do so by Wednesday 16th May 2017.
